TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. General / Umum

EN: Vertex 8 membership cannot be transferred, sold, or handed over to another party without prior written consent from Vertex 8 management.

ID: Keanggotaan Vertex 8 tidak dapat dialihkan, dijual, atau dipindahtangankan dengan cara apapun kepada pihak lain tanpa izin dan persetujuan tertulis terlebih dahulu dari manajemen Vertex 8.

EN: The requirement to become a member is to be at least 17 years old and/or have a valid ID card. If the member is under the minimum age, they must take a personal training package with a minimum of 20 sessions and renew it until they reach the required age.

ID: Persyaratan untuk menjadi anggota adalah yang telah berusia 17 tahun ke atas dan/atau sudah memiliki KTP/tanda pengenal. Jika anggota di bawah umur, maka harus mengambil paket personal training minimal 20 sesi dan terus diperbarui hingga mencukupi batas usia.

2. Membership Dues / Iuran & Biaya

EN: All money paid by the member cannot be withdrawn, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.

ID: Semua uang yang telah dibayarkan oleh anggota selama menjadi anggota tidak dapat ditarik/dikembalikan/ditukarkan dalam situasi dan kondisi apapun.

EN: Vertex 8 management reserves the right to unilaterally determine or change the membership fee for the next membership period.

ID: Vertex 8 secara sepihak berhak menetapkan atau mengubah harga iuran keanggotaan untuk masa keanggotaan berikutnya.

EN: If you have an upfront paid membership, you have the right to utilize the facilities continuously during that period. After it expires, you may renew the membership. Otherwise, this agreement will terminate.

ID: Bila Anda merupakan keanggotaan dengan pembayaran lunas di muka, Anda berhak memanfaatkan fasilitas selama jangka waktu tersebut. Setelah masa berlaku habis, perjanjian akan berakhir jika tidak diperpanjang.

EN: Membership transfer requires being in the same family card and incurs an administrative fee of Rp 500,000.

ID: Syarat Transfer Membership wajib satu kartu keluarga dan dikenakan biaya sebesar Rp 500.000,-

3. Membership Termination / Syarat & Penghentian

EN: Vertex 8 management, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to revoke or cancel membership if the member violates morals, provisions, or rules set by the gym management.

ID: Manajemen Vertex 8 berhak mencabut atau membatalkan keanggotaan apabila anggota melanggar tata-susila, atau melanggar ketentuan dan tata tertib gym. Keputusan ini merupakan hak mutlak manajemen.

4. Membership Freeze / Pembekuan Cuti

EN: Annually, a membership with a minimum 12-month commitment can be frozen for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months. During the freeze period, a fee of Rp 200,000 per month applies.

ID: Setiap tahunnya keanggotaan dengan minimum komitmen 12 bulan dapat cuti minimal 1 bulan dan maksimal 3 bulan. Selama periode pembekuan, wajib membayar Rp 200.000 per bulannya.

EN: After the freeze period ends, the membership will automatically be reactivated, and the member is required to pay the full monthly dues.

ID: Setelah periode pembekuan berakhir, keanggotaan akan otomatis diaktifkan kembali dan anggota diwajibkan membayar iuran penuh.

EN: Members are not allowed to use the club facilities during the freeze period. The frozen period will not be counted as part of the membership commitment period.

ID: Anggota tidak diperbolehkan menggunakan fasilitas gym selama masa cuti. Masa cuti tidak akan dihitung sebagai bagian dari masa komitmen keanggotaannya.

EN: Season Pass 1 month package cannot be frozen. Season Pass 3 months can only be frozen for 1 month. Season Pass 6 months can be frozen for up to 2 months. Season Pass 12 months can be frozen for up to 3 months.

ID: Package 1 bulan tidak dapat dicutikan. Package 3 bulan maksimal cuti 1 bulan. Package 6 bulan maksimal cuti 2 bulan. Package 12 bulan maksimal cuti 3 bulan.

5. Conduct & Cleanliness / Etika & Kebersihan

EN: Under no circumstances are Vertex 8 members and/or guests allowed to provide any type of personal training to other members. If proven, management may terminate the membership with no refund.

ID: Anggota/tamu tidak diperkenankan memberikan personal training kepada anggota lain. Jika terbukti, manajemen berhak memutuskan keanggotaan secara sepihak tanpa pengembalian dana.

EN: Sports bags are not allowed in the training area and must be stored in the locker. Members must maintain the cleanliness of the training equipment after use.

ID: Tas olahraga wajib disimpan di dalam loker. Anggota juga wajib untuk selalu menjaga kebersihan peralatan pelatihan setelah digunakan.

EN: Smoking, eating, and bringing outside food/drinks into the training or locker area are strictly prohibited. Recording audio/video that invades the privacy of others is not allowed.

ID: Dilarang merokok, makan, dan membawa makanan/minuman ke area latihan/loker. Tidak diperkenankan merekam yang dapat mengganggu privasi member lain.

EN: Members/guests must wear appropriate and decent training attire and recommended sports shoes during training. Respect for other members is mandatory.

ID: Anggota wajib memakai pakaian latihan yang sopan serta sepatu olahraga. Wajib untuk saling menghargai dan tidak mengganggu kenyamanan sesama.

6. General Rules / Aturan Umum

EN: Employees, servants, or babysitters of members, as well as children under 16 years old, are not allowed to enter the Vertex 8 training area.

ID: Karyawan, asisten, atau anak-anak di bawah usia 16 tahun tidak diperkenankan memasuki wilayah latihan Vertex 8.

EN: Members are prohibited from bringing pets, weapons, dangerous items, illegal substances, or foul-smelling items into the premises.

ID: Dilarang membawa: hewan peliharaan, senjata, barang berbahaya, barang ilegal, atau barang berbau yang mengganggu kenyamanan.

EN: It is strictly prohibited to conduct personal business transactions, promote third-party merchandise, or lend money within the Vertex 8 area.

ID: Tidak diperkenankan melakukan transaksi dagang, mempromosikan barang pribadi pihak lain, atau melakukan peminjaman uang di area Vertex 8.

7. Responsibility / Tanggung Jawab

EN: Members are required to always CHECK IN using their valid Membership Card/NFC every time they enter Vertex 8. Membership access is strictly personal and non-transferable.

ID: Anggota diwajibkan untuk selalu melakukan proses CHECK IN setiap memasuki Vertex 8. Akses hanya berlaku untuk anggota yang bersangkutan.

EN: Management is not responsible for loss/damage of personal belongings, theft, or any health conditions (injury, illness, death) arising from the use of gym facilities.

ID: Manajemen tidak bertanggung jawab atas kehilangan/kerusakan barang pribadi, atau terhadap kondisi kesehatan (cedera/sakit/wafat) berkenaan dengan penggunaan peralatan di gym.

EN: Facility Availability-Based Membership: The obligation to pay membership fees is based on the access rights granted, not on the attendance or frequency of equipment use. Inability to use facilities does not exempt the obligation to pay, and there will be no refunds or compensations.

ID: Keanggotaan Berbasis Ketersediaan Fasilitas: Kewajiban bayar iuran didasarkan pada hak akses, bukan tingkat kehadiran. Ketidakhadiran/kesibukan tidak membebaskan kewajiban membayar dan tidak ada kompensasi/refund.

Vertex 8 management reserves the right to modify or add to the regulations as needed without prior notice. All changes are binding.
(Manajemen Vertex 8 berhak merubah/menambahkan peraturan tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya dan bersifat mengikat.)
